Delivery

For online deliveries within the UK we use a courier service. For England and Wales and Southern and Central Scotland, products should normally be delivered within 3 working days. Very occasionally, during extremely busy periods or extreme weather, this may extend to 10 working days. For deliveries overseas including, Ireland, remote Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, please contact Polgoon prior to ordering for individual courier rates. Please note that there will be no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday. Polgoon cannot be held liable for any courier issues, however we will work as quickly as possible to resolve them.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery from the courier. We recommend that you do not accept any goods that are damaged. If you accept your parcel please ensure you obtain the correct written confirmation and paperwork. Polgoon cannot be held liable for any damages made in transit, or any issues occurring as a result of a customer signing for damaged goods. If your parcel appears to be intact, but is found to be damaged once opened, please contact Polgoon immediately. Polgoon will only offer a refund if notified within 7 days.

Responsible Drinking

By placing an order of an alcoholic product you confirm that you are 18+ years of age, please ensure that there will be a person of 18+ available to sign upon delivery.

Sale or Return

Please note that Polgoon does not offer sale or return on online orders.

Products

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Every effort will be made to despatch the items specified.

Tours and Events

In the event of cancellation, tour and event bookings are not refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITIONS

  1. The promoter is: Polgoon Vineyard Limited whose registered office is at Polgoon Vineyard & Orchard, Rose Hill, Penzance, TR18 3BG
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Polgoon and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Facebook
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be midnight on Sunday 10 February 2019. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
  10. Like and comment on the competition in order to win a bottle of Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé and 2 Polgoon glasses. Winner will be chosen at random by the company owner.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  13. The prize is as follows: a bottle of Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé and 2 glasses.
  14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  15. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  16. Winner will be chosen: 9.30am on Monday 11 February 2019 at random via Facebook as measured and recorded and verified by Polgoon.
  17. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  18. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  19. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  22. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  24. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.   26. Polgoon will judge the competition and decide on the winner which will be picked at random from all complete entries .
  27. Polgoon‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  28. The entrant must be following Polgoon on social media in order to enter.
  29. Polgoon shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this web page.
  30. Polgoon also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
